Calling all nature lovers! Our Insect Investigator sensory bin transports your bug-enthusiast to a world that’s buzzing with excitement. Whether your little explorer is bug-catching, examining with a magnifying glass, or creating their own stories of bug-filled adventures, they are sure to enjoy hours of educational and screen-free playtime that they’ll revisit again and again.
Each of our sensory bins provides your child with opportunities to build foundational skills that support language and math development, as well as fine-motor and problem-solving skills. Let your child explore on their own, or expand their play using our Parent Guide. Each guide includes several questions and educational skill-based prompts to take your child’s play to the next level!
Choose between our lidded bin that offers a contained play space and easy clean up, or our bagged option that allows for play in any container you have at home!

Local Pick-Up Information
If you select to pick up your order, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick-up. We ask that your order is picked up within 3 days of receiving this notification. If your order is not picked up during this 3-day period, it may be cancelled and refunded.
Pick-up hours will be between 9:00AM-6:00PM, 7 days a week. All orders not picked up by 6:00PM will be brought inside until 9:00AM the following day. Pick up will not be permitted beyond these hours.
Pick-up is contactless. Upon arrival, locate your order at the table on the front porch. Orders will be organized by last name. Please check that you have the correct order before leaving with your items.
In the event of severe weather, we will move orders inside and pick-up can still occur.

We have a non verbal kiddo on the spectrum who absolutely loves his sensory bin. His vocabulary is starting to form. After opening up his bin he played for hours! He was trying to say bug and express his excitement through being very vocal which doesn't happen very often so we were thrilled! We also got the water color pens which are so awesome and easy clean up which is nice! We will definitely be back! Thank you guys for creating such a great way for kids to express their imagination!

Do you offer local pick-up?
You bet! We love having the ability to offer local pick-up here in central Iowa!

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.
All shipments take roughly 2-4 days depending on location.
Shipment costs vary by location.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Due to the contents of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received was defective upon delivery. Include the specific item, description of the defect, as well as photos upon delivery.
